Jezioro Titicaca w Peru i pływające wyspy Urosów to oprócz Machu Picchu jedno z bardziej znanych i turystycznych miejsc w tym kraju.
Mamy kontakt do nich i jak ktoś by chciał to prosimy o kontakt i podamy.

we would like to let you know about the possibility of sleeping in Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca.
All guidebooks and also iPeru, even in Puno, are saying that this not possible, which isn’t true!!!!
We have just spent fantastic 2 days on Isla Qhantati with the Vilca family, seniora Cristina and senior Victor Vilca. They built a few little houses which serve as hospedaje.
We paid 90 soles per person, which included – accommodation, pick up, 3 meals (king’s meals better than in a restaurant!) and then we went fishing with them twice, put their traditional clothes on and spent hours and hours talking about their and our lives.
They are incredibly open-minded and happy to talk to you. Of course Spanish is an advantage, but they also can communicate a bit in English and French, their kids quite well.
How to get there? The best thing is to call them on their mobile (preferably in Spanish) or email them (English is ok, as their kids study in Puno and check email quite frequently).

We are writing about this, as this is much better for you and for them to do it this way! Your other alternative is to buy a trip for the same price and spend there 20 minutes! The agencies don’t give them nothing for this and they are nice to all tourists who visit their island and show them their houses, let them try their clothes not getting anything back!

We can tell you one thing, we have been traveling a lot and did many things with local families, but this is really very unique!!!!!
